Welcome to the Oppo Photo Scavenger Hunt.
The first challenge is: Take a picture of your car next to a body of water.
The way this works is as follows:
A location/scenario will be described for you to take a picture of your car in/at.
You take that picture.
The first person to post the picture on the designated photo hunt thread gets to choose the next scenario/location that the next round of Opponauts has to set up and take.
Please only deposit pictures into this thread.
If you are the winner, your picture will be featured on the next installment. Aren't you special?
Follow the tagline "PhotoHunt" if you'd like to follow the series.
The Rules
If you win, just post the picture in the designated thread please and somebody will tell you that you've won and from there you will be asked to suggest the next scenario and I'll post that in a couple days depending on the situation.
If you go out, drive somewhere and take the picture you will be considered a winner and will get to choose a scenario or location to piggyback onto the first to post unless that's also you.
Old pictures that you have already taken are OK. But please wait five or so rounds before posting another old picture that has already been taken.
It has to be your own car. GIS doesn't count.
Really choose whatever category you want. It don't matter, as long as you're not asking somebody to fly to the moon and take a picture there. Because that's not happening, unless you are a secret Commie astronaut or some funky shit.
After 10 successful rounds, the person with the most pictures will win. I have no idea what you'll win though.
One more thing that I keep saying for some reason. is please post the picture only in this thread to avoid starting a theme day.

I have to ask...
How much of the car has to be in the photo? As in the following photo:

It's not a theme post though.

What do you want the next challenge to be?
You win 100 internet points also.

I admit I'm being touchy because I posted an obituary for my grandpa earlier and it's getting pushed off the front page. But it's a theme.

Really sorry to hear that man. It's hard.
I didn't intend for it to be posting outside of this thread. I wasn't very clear, but edited the description.

Noice, I edited it so that if you go out to take a picture, you get to pick a challenge that will go with the first to post.

Bare with me here, because the little brown and white box in the second row to the right is our Ford Flex, and the muddy thing at the top of the picture is the Mississippi River. This was taken from atop the Gateway Arch.

I didn't even think about the big muddy, I got tons of photos down there like this one from the Gumball Rally 3000.

What if I don't have a car?
You know, being a student with a single mom who knows when I'll be able to afford a car...
Can I still play by the same rules, but instead just use my bicycle instead of a car?

Go ahead! Fine by me!
